CLEANCO Pest Control’s Quality Assurance

CLEANCO Pest Control assures the quality of service through consistent applications of an established set of performance standards.  These standards make it possible for us to guarantee consistent service to all of your facilities.  We have a Quality Assurance Department with full-time QA Auditors, whose job it is to verify the delivery of our Quality services through the performance of QA Audits of clients from all sizes and types of Commercial places along with a thorough Client Care Inspection program geared toward the food processing places, warehousing and related places with a focus on preparation and assurance of top scores.

Our Quality Assurance Evaluation

CLEANCO’s Quality Assurance program is a multi-faceted endeavor that helps us to continually improve the services we provide to our clients. Our Quality Assurance evaluation consists of four important factors:

Client Satisfaction Phone Surveys:  Periodically, we will contact clients by telephone to provide your facilities with an opportunity to tell us how we might improve our services.  In addition to pest service performance, we will ask your contact to rate our client service performance and account management efforts.  While the brief survey takes only a few moments, the input of your staff is important and helps us improve our organization and the service we provide your facilities.

Annual Corporate Review:  The Annual Corporate Review is a face-to-face meeting between your corporate personnel and CLEANCO Pest Control representatives.  The purpose of this meeting is to evaluate the program from a corporate perspective, discuss potential modifications to the program and define our goals and objectives for the upcoming year.

Monitoring Quality Reviews:  Our Quality Assurance Department will review each Quality Assurance Audit to ensure any problems are being addressed and that the program is meeting the needs of each location.  CLEANCO Pest Control’s comprehensive Quality Assurance program ensures that you are receiving the highest quality service. This evaluation of our pest management program and the factors that impact its effectiveness will be used to ensure our services are aligned with the goals of your organization. Our monitoring quality reviews consists of 5 important points according the project quality control report.

  • Employment evaluation
  • Store
  • Technical programs
  • Evidence of pests observed
  • Recommendation for maintenances and sanitations

Investigation of customer’s opinion Surveys:  Periodically (all 4 months), we will contact clients by email to send the investigation of customer’s opinion to provide your facilities with an opportunity to tell us how we might improve our services. We will ask your contact to rate 3 main points.
