MEETING ROOMS

1. Rooms used for meetings and banquets can potentially become infested by cockroaches due to the food that is often served in them for these reasons each meeting room should be inspected at least once per month.

2. Most services to meeting and banquet rooms will primarily involve inspection only, and treatments will be rendered as a response to an action pest infestation.

3. Cracks in these rooms may be treated with an inorganic dust product. When possible, cracks and holes should be sealed by the facilitymaintenance staff boll owing treatment.

4. Bait insecticides may be placed in cracks in tables.

5. Where feasible, live pests may be removed by vacuuming.

6. Should mice be active in a meeting room, snap traps, may be placed at night when the room is vacant and then picked up the next morning before the room is opened for use this process will need to be repeated until the infestation has been eliminated.

FOOD COURT

1. It’s a prime site for infestations of cockroach’s &ants or.to appear especially if an atrium is present. A hall with a coffee station could also experience an infestation of cockroaches. for these reason, the hall and Food court should at least be inspected once per month

2. Treatments to them will most often be rendered as a response to an active pest infestation and. ideally should be performed at night or the early morning when the fewest people will be present.

3. Cracks in these rooms may be treated with an inorganic dust product. When possible, cracks and holes should be sealed by the facility maintenance staff following treatment.

4. Bait insecticides may be placed in crack or in hidden areas where ants or cockroaches can find them.

5. Where feasible, live pests may be removed vacuuming.

6. Should mice be active in a lobby snap traps, glue traps may be placed in hidden location where mice are noted to be active. These traps need to be checked daily until the infestation has been eliminated.

EMPLOYEE BREAK ROOMS

1. Rooms used for employee breaks should receive monthly inspection and service due to the fact that food is often stored and eaten in such areas.

2. Cracks in these rooms may be treated with an inorganic dust product. Whenpossible, cracks and holes should be sealed by the team of maintenance staff following treatment.

3. Bait insecticides may be placed in cracks in shelves or other suitable sites.

4. Where feasible, live pests may be removed by vacuuming.

5. Monitoring traps may be placed in closets and other out of sight location. these traps will be checked during each service visit to these areas.

6. Should mice be active in a break room, snap traps, glue traps, and multiple catch traps may be placed and then monitored every day until the infestation has been eliminated.

RESTROOMS, PATH ROOMS AND LOCKER ROOMS

1. Public restrooms, private restrooms, and locker rooms need to be serviced once per month.

2. Cracks restrooms and locker rooms may be treated with an inorganic dust product. Whenpossible, cracks and holes should be sealed by the facility maintenance staff following treatment.

3. The wall void behind each toilet and urinal should be drilled and the void treated with an inorganic dust product.

4. Future service to restrooms and locker rooms will primarily involve inspection and limited treatment to areas of potential pest activity.
